Local Zero-CORS Preview

Deep Dynamic Asset Parser
Recursively scans CSS for @import and url(), and parses JavaScript bundles for 3D assets (.glb, .ktx2), sounds, and WebAssembly.
Windows NTFS Guard
Rejects path traversal attacks (../), cleans illegal Windows filename characters, and guards reserved device names (CON, PRN, AUX).
Resumable SQLite WAL Database
Stores crawl frontiers, visited URLs, and checksums in an embedded SQLite database in WAL mode so you can pause, resume, or re-crawl anytime.

Offweb is a free, open-source application built directly from source via GitHub Actions. Because commercial Windows code-signing certificates cost hundreds of dollars annually, Windows SmartScreen may display an alert: "Windows protected your PC" on the first run.
